Communication

For DerMap, communication means interaction between the company and the customer: this is therefore an activity that requires intensive cooperation. Every process regarding communication has to feature a two-way contribution; for us there is no communication when the information flow is one-way.

In the communication process typical of DerMap there is only one way of expression: communication as pure cooperation, where two or more individuals “build together” a shared reality, and a shared truth.

With this aim DerMap set up a technologic structure that allows direct interaction and continual confrontation on the projects in development. We never speak about products or services to be sold, but always about cooperation projects.
